Order processing and verification typically take 2–3 business days, depending on demand levels and product availability.

You will always receive an email once your order is processed, along with a tracking number.

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Please allow 15+ business days for international orders to arrive.

Changes to Orders

Once an order is placed, we cannot add, remove, or change any items or addresses in the order.

Incorrect Addresses

If a delivery address is submitted incorrectly when an order is placed, Sacha Cosmetics assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out a replacement package or refund these orders.

If you realize that you submitted an incorrect address at the time of your order, please contact us immediately at support@sachacosmetics.com. We can only correct the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
